Prepare
We prepare the top floor and do all types of demolition prior to the installation of the new wooden floor.
We move furniture's out and put them back in place after we do the floors. We protected them with plastic during the working process and put felt pads on their legs so it won't scratch the brand-new floors.
Installations and Finishes
We are a company specialized in all types of installations and finishes of hardwood floors for residential, commercial, remodeling, new construction, inhabited or vacant houses.
We install all types of wooden floors such as:
- Laminate floors
- Glue down
- Nail down
- Pre-finish/Unfinished
- Any width (2 ¼", 3 ¼", 5", 7")
Sanding, Finish and Re-Coating
We sand and refinish existing floors and sand new floors. To do this, we apply one coat of stain (color chosen by the customer) and three coats of polyurethane finish (poly). The poly we use is a high durability and environmental friendly water base (oil base poly available upon customer request).
We also re-coat existing floors to revive the unique beauty of hardwood floors.
Installation of Quarter Rounds and Shoe Molding
After the floors are done, we also install and stain Quarter Rounds and Shoe Molding to match the finished floors.
Flooring materials warranty is based on the manufacture warranty depending on the
Flooring quality chosen by costumers.
Cleaning Services
BK Flooring Services, Inc also offers a cleaning service which includes a deep cleaning of your home focusing on removing all the dust caused by the installation of the new floors. Customers also receive a Bona Hardwood Floors cleaning kit that will help you maintain your new floors.
Our Guarantee
BK Flooring Services offers its customers a 2-year guarantee after the floor is installed.
